Quality Control & Certifications

Stable Supply of Industry-Leading Quality Products

Each member of our workforce recognizes their role as a “technical expert” as we strive to provide stable production of quality products in every endeavor from our meticulous quality control to our ongoing research and development for new industries such as aerospace and nuclear energy.
For quality control in particular, our dedication involves company-wide efforts such as start-to-finish control of material and temperature, a variety of testings, and final inspections.
Our engineering team also utilizes our CAD system to provide another key role in our framework of consistent quality control.

Quality Control

Our high-quality products, production system standards, and environmental awareness are all reflected by the various certifications we have received including ISO9001, ISO14001, and international maritime classification society certificates such as NK, LR and DNV.
Additionally, we’ve acquired JIS Q9100, the aerospace industry quality management system, with positive evaluations and support from our customers.

Quality Inspection

Nondestructive Evaluation

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

In this inspection, we test products with a device called an ultrasound probe equipped with a transducer to emit and receive ultrasonic waves.
With this device we can evaluate the reflected waves, or echoes, to determine the presence and location of possible blemishes.

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

With this test, we can observe for any magnetic flux leakage, which will indicate the presence of blemishes.
Magnetic particles are sprayed onto the surface of magnetized testing pieces. The particles are attracted to scratched areas, so any scratches can be detected through observation.
